By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Logo Designs

1. We will not start designing the logo until the invoice is payed in full. Afterwards you will receive a receipt and we will begin working. 
2. We will not start working on the logo design until we receive a full description of how you want your logo design to look (screenshots, sketches, examples, etc).
3. While we work on the logo you will receive an update on how the design is being put together. 
4. Once the logo design is completed, we will send you a preview of the design and ask about changes (colors, sizes, fonts, characters, etc).
5. Once the design is completed to your approval, we will email you all of the official files. PNG and JPEG File type of the logo design with a transparent and white and/or black background.
6. Once the design is emailed or sent to a website of your liking there is no making changes without paying for a revision and based on availability.
7. We charge 25%-50% for each minor revision that we have to make to the design (a minor revision is a small change that will take a while to complete).
8.  We charge full logo design prices if you would like a large revision (a large revision would be completely changing large parts of the logo, or changing the whole logo to a completely different look). 
9. Once the business is complete it will cost a additional 25%-100% per file if you would like for me to send your logo design in an additional format (logo file formats like: al, eps, pdf, svg).

Cover Art Designs

10. Cover titles and not individually included and will cost an additional fee if required as a standalone file.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
