1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing hikeysolutions.com or using any tools, forms, or services on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
2. Services
Hikey Solutions provides creative production services including retainer packages, one-off creative assets, talent booking support, and digital tools for entertainment industry professionals. Services are delivered by Michael Bryant II operating as Hikey Solutions LLC.
3. Payments
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. For retainer packages, cancellation requires 30 days written notice to banc@hikeysolutions.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative work produced by Hikey Solutions remains the property of the client upon full payment. Hikey Solutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Tools and Assessments
The free tools on this site (Casting Readiness Score, Reality Star Quiz, Sponsorship Value Estimator) are provided for informational purposes only. Results are not guarantees of casting placement, booking, or sponsorship outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hikey Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services.
7. Third-Party Platforms
This site integrates with TikTok, Instagram, and other third-party platforms solely for content scheduling and analytics purposes. Hikey Solutions does not sell or share your data with third parties.
